技工教育和職業(yè)培訓是開展技能人才培養(yǎng)、提升勞動者就業(yè)能力的重要途徑。黨中央、國務院高度重視技工教育和職業(yè)培訓工作，作出一系列重大部署。近年來，全國技工院校堅持“高端引領、校企合作、多元辦學、內(nèi)涵發(fā)展”的辦學理念，不斷健全中國特色技工教育模式，各級各類職業(yè)培訓機構(gòu)面向城鄉(xiāng)勞動者大力開展職業(yè)技能培訓，取得明顯成效。技工教育和職業(yè)培訓事業(yè)取得的成就，離不開廣大技工院校和職業(yè)培訓機構(gòu)教師的辛勤努力和付出。你們愛崗敬業(yè)、勤奮鉆研、默默耕耘、無私奉獻，培養(yǎng)造就了一大批技能人才，為促進就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)、推動高質(zhì)量發(fā)展和人才強國戰(zhàn)略實施作出了積極貢獻。
